New Zealand Shipping
Fresh Royal Jelly Delivery
To ensure freshness, fresh royal jelly orders are dispatched only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Each jar is shipped with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
- Short-term use: Store in the refrigerator upon arrival.
- Long-term storage: Keep frozen for maximum potency.
Other Products
All other bee products are shipped on standard New Zealand business days (Monday–Friday).

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our Auckland address.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express, with the exception of South Korea and China, which use alternative delivery services.
All international orders are carefully packaged and sent with the aim of delivering as promptly as possible.
⚠️ Fresh Royal Jelly can only be shipped to New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
For all other countries, please choose our Powdered Royal Jelly instead.
Weight Restrictions
DHL international shipping is available for orders up to 2kg net weight per box.
For larger orders, please contact us and we will assist you with a customised shipping solution.
We can only ship to physical street addresses — no PO Boxes.
