Terms of Service

1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind (New Zealand Customers Only)
    You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unopened, and resalable condition.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products
    If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Royal Jelly Products
    Due to the sensitive nature of fresh royal jelly, refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product is faulty or damaged. We are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind on this item.
  • International Orders
    We are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases made from outside New Zealand.

To request an exchange, please complete our Exchange Request Form to help us improve future service.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds or credit card payment reversals will be processed within 3–5 business days after we confirm your cancellation.

3. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@rojel.co.nz.

We will provide detailed return instructions and, where applicable, send you the Exchange Request Form.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened and in original condition (unless faulty)
  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
