Shipping policy
You must give us the correct shipping address and contact number when you order. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect address and contact.
New Zealand Domestic
Fresh royal jelly is picked up by the couriers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only to avoid shipping delays. Fresh royal jelly is delivered with ice packs. Please keep it in a refrigerator if you plan to eat it right away. We recommend storing in the freezer to keep it for a long time.
Other products are sent on NZ working days.

Overseas
Our delivery service is prompt and efficient, and we ship all our online orders by courier and endeavour to deliver as soon as possible.
For New Zealand nationwide delivery, we send products via NZ Post, and it usually takes 1-3 working days. In the case of overseas, we send products by DHL except Korea and China, and it usually takes 7-10 working days.
DHL Overseas shipping is available for Net 2Kg/Box or less at a time.
