Royal jelly is nature’s most remarkable, nutrient-rich substance secreted by young worker bees (7–10 days old), derived from the pollen and honey they consume. It is used to feed all bee larvae for the first three days of life — but only the one selected to become the queen bee continues to be nourished by it exclusively — increasing her lifespan to around 4-5 years compared to the 45 days of worker bees.

Royal jelly is an exceptionally delicate substance, highly sensitive to heat and environmental conditions. To protect its rare bioactive compounds, we take great care at every stage — from harvesting to packaging — to avoid nutrient degradation. Immediately after extraction and filtration, our fresh royal jelly is frozen at -20°C to lock in its freshness, and full spectrum of natural benefits.

How to Take It

Take ½ teaspoon (approx. 2 grams) daily on an empty stomach (using a wooden or plastic spoon only). Place under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly for best absorption

First-time users may mix with honey to soften the naturally tart flavor (due to its low pH ~4)

Do not take with warm water, yoghurt or plum.
